1. Order taking

All orders will be taken into account immediately upon receipt of payment. In the majority of cases, payment will be made via credit card, and therefore payment will be received directly. When a payment is made by bank transfer, it may take 3 days to receive the payment and put the order into production. Upon receipt of the order, you will receive an email confirming the order with a unique order number. You will receive a new email when the order is ready to be sent.

2. Transport in France & Belgium

Transport in France & Belgium is free for:

  • Bar tarpaulins;
  • Bubble covers;
  • Foam tarps;

Any shutter or accessory will be accompanied by a transport charge.

The price of transport costs are shown in the table below for the shutters.. Attention, prices do not include packaging costs or shipping costs. the diesel tax and are subject to change.

Accessories are subject to fees based on their weight.

 Delivery times depend on the type of product purchased as well as the period. Our production times are a little longer between April and September.

3. Check transport

When your goods are delivered, you will receive an email from us with transport confirmation as well as, in the majority of cases, a tracking number in order to to know where the package is. Some shipments may not have a tracking number, this depends on the type of material delivered as well as the type of carrier. Tracking numbers can also be activated after a certain period of time.

Your mobile number will also be sent to the transport company so that an appointment can be made for delivery.

If you still have not received anything 4 working days after the transport confirmation email, please send us an email at transport@couverturepiscine.com or contact us on +33 1 59 06 91 74 so we can help you.

4. Reimbursement & returns

We accept returns of merchandise up to 14 days after receipt of the package only for our standard products. Products that benefit from a full return are:

  • EcoSplash - bar cover
  • All accessories.

Custom made products are not returnable except if damaged due to transportation.

Accept order upon delivery

When the carrier comes to deliver your goods, the transport may not have gone well. Unfortunately we work with service providers and therefore do not have full control over the quality of transport. We review our partners every year to ensure the best quality, but things could go wrong. If so, please refer to this rubric.

If the packaging is very badly damaged, you can categorically refuse delivery and ask the carrier to send it back to the factory. p>

It is very important that you do this at this time, because as soon as the delivery is accepted, you will have to make a return request.

I do not accept delivery from the start and return the order with the carrier


In this case, you can tell the carrier to take back the goods.

Please take photos of the packaging, the more photos, the better.

Once this is done, please also begin the returns process, but you will have to returnall articles.

Indicate that all items must be returned, and indicate in the Note of the first item that the packaging arrived damaged:

Once all items have been selected, confirm on the button  "Request a return." 

Your return has been requested and will be verified.

Confirmation of return request


For each return request, this request will be confirmed by an email that you will receive on the address associated with your order.

Our teams will always review the return request. Someone from our team may even contact you for more information if necessary.


Return Accepted

If the return is accepted, you will receive an email from us confirming the return request included in the email when you click “Print shipping label”.

This document again contains the different elements of the order that you want to return.

A tracking number will also be sent to you. You will need to package the item well so that it is not damaged during transport. We will keep you informed of the carrier's passage.

When we receive your item, it will be promptly reviewed and:

  • Item will be exchanged for the correct item or an undamaged item
  • You will receive a refund if it is an item that is not needed or if you no longer wish to have the item



Please complete the document as required with Letter Code (A, B, C, D) and add any necessary comments.

A new item will be sent to you as if you had placed a new order, and it will also appear in your personal account.
