1. Order taking
All orders will be taken into account immediately upon receipt of payment. In the majority of cases, payment will be made via credit card, and therefore payment will be received directly. When a payment is made by bank transfer, it may take 3 days to receive the payment and put the order into production. Upon receipt of the order, you will receive an email confirming the order with a unique order number. You will receive a new email when the order is ready to be sent.
2. Transport in France & Belgium
Transport in France & Belgium is free for:
- Bar tarpaulins;
- Bubble covers;
- Foam tarps;
Any shutter or accessory will be accompanied by a transport charge.
The price of transport costs are shown in the table below for the shutters.. Attention, prices do not include packaging costs or shipping costs. the diesel tax and are subject to change.
Accessories are subject to fees based on their weight.
Delivery times depend on the type of product purchased as well as the period. Our production times are a little longer between April and September.
3. Check transport
When your goods are delivered, you will receive an email from us with transport confirmation as well as, in the majority of cases, a tracking number in order to to know where the package is. Some shipments may not have a tracking number, this depends on the type of material delivered as well as the type of carrier. Tracking numbers can also be activated after a certain period of time.
Your mobile number will also be sent to the transport company so that an appointment can be made for delivery.

4. Reimbursement & returns
We accept returns of merchandise up to 14 days after receipt of the package only for our standard products. Products that benefit from a full return are:
- EcoSplash - bar cover
- All accessories.
Custom made products are not returnable except if damaged due to transportation.
